These terms govern your usage of the EngVarta’s IELTS Speak & Score website, application and service. By using or visiting EngVarta’s IELTS Speak & Score website and application, you agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms of use, you should not use EngVarta’s IELTS Speak & Score website or application. For the purpose of this agreement, you means anyone who visits the website, uses the EngVarta’s IELTS Speak & Score, pays for the service or takes classes.

Enrolment
To use the IELTS Assessment services, you will need to enrol for the program, purchase the plan and provide the required information. You agree to
(a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service’s registration form (such information being “Your Data”),
(b) maintain and promptly update Your Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Coins once purchased will not be refunded in any circumstances.
Similarly, no cancellation is permitted on the plans you buy.
You will have to consume the Assessments within the validity duration and any request regarding cancellation or refund will not be entertained.
Non Transferability
The Assessments you buy through any package on EngVarta’s IELTS Speak & Score app are for the specific individual and cannot be transferred to any other individual or individuals.
Conduct
You may only access the site, app and use the Company Content and the Services for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for the knowledge of and adherence to any and all laws, rules, and regulations pertaining to your use of the Services. You agree that you will not in any way:
(i) interfere with the ability of others to access or use the Services;
(ii) disrupt the normal flow of communication or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other users’ ability to use the site app or the Services;
(iii) claim a relationship with or to speak for any individual, business, association, institution, or other organization for which you are not authorized to claim such a relationship; or
(iv) interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to the Services.

By using the EngVarta’s IELTS Speak & Score service, you consent to receiving electronic communications from EngVarta. These communications will include notices about your account (e.g., receiving e-mails and other transactional information) and information concerning or related to our services, such as featured content or other announcements, or offerings. These communications are part of your relationship with EngVarta’s IELTS Speak & Score and you receive them as part of the EngVarta subscription. You agree that any notice, agreements, disclosure or other communications that we send to you electronically will satisfy any legal communication requirements, including that such communications be in writing.
Limitations of use
the content on the EngVarta’s IELTS Speak & Score website or app is for your personal and non-commercial use and we grant you a limited license to access the EngVarta’s IELTS Speak & Score website or app for that purpose. Any notice or other communication to be given hereunder will be in writing and given by facsimile, postpaid registered or certified mail return receipt requested, or electronic mail. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating a joint venture, partnership, or employment relationship between the parties nor shall either party have the right, power, or authority to create any obligation or duty, express implied, on behalf of the other.
