Engvarta Expert 

Position Overview:

Engvarta is seeking knowledgeable and experienced language experts to join our team as Engvarta Experts. As an Engvarta Expert, you will have the opportunity to engage with language learners from around the world and provide personalized language coaching and support through our Engvarta application.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one audio  sessions with learners to practice conversational skills, pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, and more.
• Assess the learner’s proficiency level and track their progress over time.
• Offer guidance and constructive feedback, to help learners improve their language skills effectively.
• Foster a positive and supportive learning environment to motivate and encourage learners in their language learning journey.
• Stay up-to-date with language teaching methodologies, resources, and trends to continuously enhance your teaching skills.
• Collaborate with the Engvarta team to contribute to the development of new features and improvements to the platform.

Requirements:

• Native or near-native proficiency in the language(s) you wish to teach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in language teaching, tutoring, or coaching is preferred.
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and tools.
• Ability to tailor lessons and adapt teaching methods to meet individual learner’s needs.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others succeed in language learning.
• Reliable internet connection and appropriate equipment for conducting online sessions.
