How does the ‘Questions’ feature works?

1. Whenever you get connected with any customer, click on “See Questions” option on the call screen to get a list of questions.
2. Use these questions to start a conversation with your customers. During the session, talk in a way that the customer gets a chance to speak more.
3. At the end of the call, give us the feedback like what questions did you ask from the user. As soon as you mark the progress, we are not going to send you that question again when the same customer connects with you.
4. These questions can be tricky, so read them first and if you feel you can easily talk on that question: then only start the conversation on those questions otherwise you can always go with your own flow.
5. You can also ask the user if they wanted to do a conversation on some other topic.
